WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A resident of Johnson City is now facing several felony charges following a drug probe conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO). The Sheriff’s Office announced that Bobby Gale Phillips Jr., aged 64, was taken into custody on Saturday as a result of an investigation spearheaded by the department’s specialized team known as the “Sheriff’s Strike Team” (SST).
