ORLANDO, Fla. – Recently, more than a dozen dining establishments in Central Florida found themselves temporarily shut down after health inspectors paid a visit, as documented by state records.
These records highlight a variety of infractions at the affected restaurants, including infestations of roaches, sanitation lapses, and improper storage practices.
A recurring issue noted was the presence of rodent droppings in multiple locations. One Chinese eatery, in particular, was found with over 300 droppings, according to the reports.
Despite these closures, many of these restaurants were permitted to resume operations after rectifying the cited violations and passing subsequent inspections.
