A Bristol resident found himself under arrest on Thursday after reportedly brandishing a firearm at someone from his truck on January 31 in Kingsport, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO). The incident unfolded as the suspect allegedly pointed the weapon at a person who was helping a stranded driver following a recent snowstorm. The authorities moved swiftly to identify and apprehend the man involved.
