JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) has announced that two people face charges following a high-speed chase involving a stolen vehicle, which culminated in a crash that caused injuries. The incident unfolded around 2:20 p.m. on Saturday when officers identified a stolen Ford Fusion from North Carolina. This vehicle had been the subject of a “Be On the Lookout” alert, commonly known as a BOLO.
