Man arrested, charged as accessory in TN quadruple murder

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Jackson man has been arrested as an accessory after the fact in connection to a quadruple murder in Lake County, Tennessee.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced on Saturday that 29-year-old Tanaka Brown, an associate of Austin Drummond, faces charges as an Accessory After the Fact to 1st Degree Murder.

Brown was booked into the Lake County Jail, where he remains without bond. The Lake County Sheriff’s office did not release a mug shot Saturday.

Authorities continue to search for Drummond in connection with the murders discovered on Tuesday. He was last reported seen in Jackson on Wednesday, a place where he has significant connections.

A white Audi linked to Drummond was located in Jackson on Friday, while a pickup truck, reportedly belonging to one of the victims, was found in Dyer County on Saturday.

Drummond is sought on charges including four counts of First Degree Murder, one count of Aggravated Kidnapping, four counts of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and one count of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.

The victims, identified as James Wilson, 21, Adrianna Williams, 20, Cortney Rose, 38, and Braydon Williams, 15, were found deceased on Tuesday along Carrington Road in Tiptonville.

An infant who was related to the victims was also found safe in front of a house in Dyer County.
