Man wanted for Aggravated Assault near Bobby Jones Expressway

AUGUSTA, Ga. () – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who is wanted for an Aggravated Assault that occurred Thursday.

Timothy Andrew Heath, 28, is being sought in connection with an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred near Sand Bar Ferry Road and I-520 (Bobby Jones Expressway) on June 19.

Authorities report that Heath was last seen driving an older model black Ford F-150 with the Georgia tag number CNI4705. He is described as being approximately 5’8″ tall and weighing around 170 pounds.

“Use caution – Timothy Heath may be armed and dangerous,” the public release from RCSO stated.

The press release mentions that the GA tag CNI4705 is not linked to the vehicle shown in the image but is registered to another vehicle owned by Heath. It also notes that the vehicle in question may have significant front-end damage.
