Big Ten reveals Illinois women's basketball conference schedule

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) – Big Ten women’s basketball scheduled were revealed on Big Ten Network on Thursday.

The Illinois women’s basketball team had previously released both its non-conference schedule and the list of its Big Ten opponents. However, the specific dates for those conference games weren’t provided.

As previously announced, Northwestern is the only team which Illinois plays twice in the regular season.

  • Dec. 6: vs Indiana
  • Dec. 28: at Purdue
  • Jan. 1: vs Maryland
  • Jan. 4: at Michigan State
  • Jan. 7: vs Ohio State
  • Jan. 11: at Penn State
  • Jan. 15: at Michigan
  • Jan. 18: vs Northwestern
  • Jan. 24: at Nebraska
  • Jan. 28: vs UCLA
  • Feb. 1: at Washington
  • Feb. 4: at Oregon
  • Feb. 8: vs USC
  • Feb. 11: vs Wisconsin
  • Feb. 17: vs Rutgers
  • Feb. 22: at Northwestern
  • Feb. 26: at Iowa
  • March 1: vs Minnesota

During the 2024-25 season, the Illini wrapped up with a record of 22-11, securing an 11-7 standing in Big Ten competitions. Under the guidance of Shauna Green, the team achieved its first NCAA tournament victory since the year 2000.
