Third woman reported missing in Augusta in 3 days

AUGUSTA, Ga. (CSRA) – The RCSO is searching for another missing woman.

Penny Black, aged 57, was last observed on May 1st in the 1400 block of Walton Way. Authorities report she was recently evicted from her residence and has not been sighted since then.

Penny is one of three women that were reported missing this week in Augusta.

Joanna Powell

Joanna Powell, 40, was reported missing to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office on June 23rd. She was last seen leaving her residence on the 700 block of Vincent Ave in Aiken on June 13th, around 10 days prior. Her family has been informed that she might be with an unidentified male near Washington Road and Davis Road in Columbia County.

Summr Finklin

25-year-old Summr Finklin was last seen on the 3500 Block of Spring Glen Lane on June 22nd around 1:30 am.
