ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) – Starting Wednesday, March 25, drivers using the Wilbur Dam Road bridge will encounter a change to a single-lane configuration. This adjustment is a component of the bridge replacement initiative currently underway, as announced by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Traffic will be directed via a control sign to manage the flow efficiently. The ongoing road work aims to enhance the infrastructure and ensure safety for all commuters.
