In a tragic incident on Friday, rescue crews located the body of a man who had leapt from a bridge on Interstate 81 into the Holston River, as confirmed by the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP). A spokesperson for the THP shared details of the event with News Channel 11. The situation began when a trooper was dispatched to aid a motorist in need of assistance.
