ORLANDO, Fla. – Happy Friday, everyone! It’s the end of the week, the sun is shining and today’s Trooper Steve on Patrol live stream is taking us to Conway Road — a stretch that many of you travel daily.
For those unfamiliar, Conway Road is a key connector running from State Road 408 all the way to the airport. It’s a mix of residential areas and small businesses, making it a vital route for locals and commuters alike. But lately, it’s been more of an obstacle course than a roadway.
The northern portion, between Lake Underhill Road and Curry Ford Road, has been undergoing some serious construction. A reliable source (and by that, I mean someone who drives this road daily and has a lot to say about it) tells me that the lanes are uneven, the pavement is rough and, frankly, it’s a bit of a mess. If you’ve driven through it recently, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about.
So, for today’s live stream, we’ll take a drive through the area, break down what’s happening and see just how much of a challenge this construction zone really is. And, of course, we’ll do it all while keeping things lighthearted— because hey, it’s Friday!
Join me at 10 a.m. as we navigate Conway Road’s construction jungle, chat about road conditions and, hopefully, roll into the weekend on a smoother note. See you on the stream!
