The Glynn County Police Department (GCPD) in Glynn County, Georgia, has apprehended two people as part of a current investigation concerning the possession of narcotics and firearms.
GCPD officers executed the search warrant on July 30, approximately 12:40 P.M., at 5801 Altama Avenue, Apartment 5-D (The Kendall Apartments).
When the officers arrived, Craig Battle Jr., a suspect named in the warrant and a resident of Brunswick, attempted to escape by running away from the apartment. However, after a short foot chase, the officers successfully captured Battle without any issues.
At the scene, officers also detained Unique Hall, another Brunswick resident. Both Battle and Hall were taken to the Glynn County Police Department headquarters for further questioning.
During a search of the residence, officers found the following items:
- 4 Handguns
- Assorted calibers of ammunition
- Firearm accessories to include a 75-round drum magazine and a 50-round drum magazine designed to hold multiple rounds of ammunition
- 8.6 pounds of marijuana
- 26 grams of cocaine
- 30 Adderall pills
- 29 Oxycodone pills
- 90 Xanax pills
- 17 THC-infused vape pens
- Promethazine
- Multiple items associated with the distribution of narcotics
- $886 in U.S. Currency

Following interviews, Craig Battle Jr. and Unique Hall were transported to the Glynn County Detention Center and booked on the following charges:
Craig Battle Jr.:
- Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
- Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine)
- Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Adderall)
- Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Oxycodone)
- Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Xanax)
- Possession of Schedule V Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Promethazine)
- Possession of Drug-Related Objects
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes • Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer
Unique Hall:
- Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
- Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine)
- Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Adderall)
- Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Oxycodone)
- Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Xanax)
- Possession of Schedule V Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Promethazine)
- Possession of Drug-Related Objects
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes
