In a recent court motion, prosecutors have urged a Hillsborough County judge to deny bail for a driver facing charges of killing four individuals and injuring more than a dozen others in a tragic incident in Ybor City over the weekend.

The accused, 22-year-old Silas Sampson, allegedly evaded law enforcement while speeding through the bustling entertainment district. His vehicle reportedly veered onto a sidewalk, crashing into a packed bar patio, resulting in the tragic loss of lives.
