Urbana hosts 2nd largest Pride Fest in Illinois at 15th-anniversary event

This past Saturday, the streets of Urbana were alive with celebration as the second largest pride festival in Illinois unfolded, marking a significant milestone for the organization at its helm. The event celebrated the 15-year anniversary of Uniting Pride, a group dedicated to enhancing the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the region.

Uniting Pride’s mission is clear: to ensure that LGBTQIA+ individuals can enjoy lives filled with happiness, health, and vibrancy. The festival served as a joyful gathering for the community, a place where love and unity were at the forefront.
