KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Eagle-eyed fans Saturday may have noticed a certain comedian at the Vols first game of the season at Neyland Stadium.
6 Sports Team’s Sam Rothman recorded video footage featuring comedian Kevin Hart conversing with head Coach Josh Heupel on the sidelines. Kevin Hart’s son, Hendrix Hart, is being pursued by Tennessee’s track and field team.
Hendrix Hart is currently completing his senior year at Sierra Canyon School located in Chatsworth, California. According to Athletic.net, Hendrix recorded a 100-meter time of 10.83 seconds in his last race of the season, with his peak performance for that event being 10.68 seconds. In the 200 meters, Hendrix clocked a season-best time of 21.35 seconds.

While Kevin Hart hasn’t explicitly mentioned his son’s recruitment, he did post photos on Instagram, taken at a University of Tennessee workout session and football practice, indicative of an “early morning activity.”
During Saturday’s game, the Vols are facing East Tennessee State University at Neyland Stadium. The game kicked off at 3:30 p.m.
