Volusia County, Fla. – In a developing situation in Volusia County, authorities are actively searching for an 18-year-old man named Kendrick Graham, who is accused of stealing a firearm from his grandmother. According to the Volusia County deputies, the young man reportedly took the loaded weapon from her residence on Belltower Avenue located in Deltona.

Kendrick Graham, 18 (Volusia Sheriff’s Office)

The sheriff’s office release detailed that there was evidence of forced entry into the grandmother’s bedroom, suggesting a deliberate act of theft. This incident has taken a concerning turn as Graham has been seen flaunting the stolen firearm on social media platforms, raising alarms about the potential risks involved.

Despite attempts by his family to communicate with him, Graham remains defiant, refusing to surrender himself to the authorities. His actions have prompted an urgent call for public assistance from the sheriff’s office.

Officials are appealing to anyone with knowledge of Graham’s location to come forward. They can reach out to the sheriff’s office directly, call 911, or contact detectives via email at JBorbely@volusiasheriff.gov. The situation remains a priority for local law enforcement as they strive to resolve it swiftly and safely.

According to the sheriff’s office, Graham’s family has been in contact with him, and he’s refusing to turn himself in.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the sheriff’s office, 911 or detectives at JBorbely@volusiasheriff.gov.
