WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ga. – On Friday, November 7, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search of a residence on Highway 15 North in Warthen, Georgia, following a tip-off from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) related to child pornography.

During the search, authorities discovered marijuana and two firearms in the home.

As a result, 69-year-old Rusty David Eakin was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
