WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A Limestone man was arrested Saturday after allegedly firing a gun at a delivery driver, police report.
A news release from the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) stated that Andrew Lipsky, aged 36, was apprehended and faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment involving a deadly weapon.
The WCSO stated deputies responded to the 200 block of Bud Ball Road just after 10 p.m.
Earlier on Saturday, two delivery men reportedly unloaded materials on the back porch at the home located on Bud Ball Road.
The WCSO detailed that after the delivery men declined to bring materials into the home, Lipsky fetched a firearm, discharging one bullet indoors and firing three more as the delivery men departed, as mentioned in the release.
As of Monday, Lipsky’s being held on a $50,000 bond at the Washington County Detention Center.
