MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Some of Myrtle Beach’s most iconic landmarks will be showcased nationally this week, as the city is featured on Wheel of Fortune episodes starting Monday.

Thanks to a collaboration with Visit Myrtle Beach, the beloved game show will spotlight the beaches, golf courses, attractions, and dining spots of the area. Contestants can win vacation packages to the Grand Strand, while viewers at home can participate in an Escape to the Beach giveaway for a chance to win prizes.

Vanna White, a native of North Myrtle Beach, along with co-host Ryan Seacrest, visited the Grand Strand in October 2024 to record segments at various well-known sites, including the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Pine Lakes Country Club. Additionally, White guided local “Wheel Watchers” on a bus tour of the region.

White, who has been turning letters on the popular game show since 1983 and holds a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, will also be back in the Myrtle Beach area during The Beach Week, attending the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic PGA TOUR event at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club, including participating in the tournament’s pro-am on May 7.

“Wheel of Fortune” airs locally in the Myrtle Beach and Pee Dee areas at 7 p.m. on WBTW News13.
