Less than eight months into President Donald Trump’s second term, there are those who are betting on who might soon exit the administration.

The prediction market Kalshi has opened a market for contracts on who will leave the Trump administration this year.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino leads the group with 39% odds as of Friday, followed by his boss, FBI Director Kash Patel.

Will Putin meet with Zelenskyy?

As the war in Ukraine continues, the odds that leaders Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet spiked this week to as high as 70%.

That followed Putin’s summit with President Donald Trump in Alaska last week. Since Monday, the odds have dropped to about 30% as of Friday.

Newsom’s 2028 nominee odds rise

California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s chances at becoming the 2028 Democratic nominee are increasing, at least according to Kalshi.

Newsom’s odds of representing Democrats on the next presidential ballot spiked, rising to 28% as of Friday.

For the Republican nominee, Vice President JD Vance leads with 55% odds on Kalshi.

Kalshi calculates odds based on contacts in each prediction market.
