Married at First Sight groom Ash Galati has revealed his dramatic weight loss.

Taking to Instagram, the reality star, 33, unveiled his 15kg transformation.

Ash shared a side by side before and after shot and claimed he didn’t alter many of his lifestyle habits.

‘How did I lose 15kg but still eat donuts, pizza, work 8 hour day, marry a stranger, party on the weekend? Ask me how!!!!’ he wrote.

The pest control worker has been documenting his weight loss progress over the past few weeks.

Earlier this month, he shared a side by side shirtless photo on Instagram, highlighting not only his weight loss but also his extensive tattoo collection.

He captioned the post, ‘The magic you are seeking is in the work you are avoiding.’

Galati is making up for lost time after his disastrous pairing with Home and Away star Madeleine Maxwell on the dating experiment.

The 33-year-old was spotted putting on a loved-up display with a mystery woman at the Grand Prix after party in Melbourne in March.

Ash could not wipe the smile off his face as he posed up a storm with the brunette beauty during the exclusive event at the renowned Ms Collins nightclub.

His stunning partner was seen with her arm wrapped around him and the pair looked to be having the time of their lives as they mingled with their celebrity friends.

At one point, Ash passionately kissed his beautiful partner, confirming he is now dating again after things did not work out with Madeleine on MAFS.

Galati told Daily Mail Australia in March he would not return to MAFS in the future, as he is currently off the market.

‘I definitely don’t think I would. No.’

‘I’m happily started dating again and things are going good, it’s very early on though,’ he said.

Meanwhile, following her exit, Madeleine has stepped back from the spotlight, deactivating her social media accounts and choosing not to participate in the show’s reunion.
