Megan Barton Hanson was seen getting pretty up close and personal to a new man, while enjoying a picnic in a public park, but it’s believed that brief romance is now all over.
The Love Island star stepped out with her date on Friday in Southend and the pair were seen kissing, as they kicked back in the sunshine on a picnic blanket while enjoying a few drinks.
Megan was dressed up in a cute white summer dress and black Doc Marten boots, with her hair curled and a glam face of make-up.
The Sun reports Megan’s date was multi-millionaire businessman Harry Fenner, who works in property and was suited and booted for their casual lunch date in a navy suit and shades.
However, it’s claimed the reality star decided to end their fling after finding out Harry is believed to be married.
A rep for Megan confirmed to the paper that the pair are no longer together.
He seemed pretty smitten with Megan, who was seen wearing Harry’s suit blazer over her shoulders, while they puckered up over drinks just days ago.
They only seemed to have eyes for each other, as they indulged in ice creams while getting close, before then heading off in Harry’s grey Lamborghini – where they were spotted kissing some more.
It’s not known how long the couple had been romantically linked, but sources told the paper: ‘Megan really likes Harry and has been getting to know him and spending more time with him.’
They also claimed that Harry is believed to be married, after tying the knot in July last year and Megan was ‘gutted’ when she found out.
When contacted by Metro.co.uk, a rep for Megan declined to comment.
Megan previously dated girlfriend Chelcee Grimes. She and the footballer confirmed they had rekindled their relationship in January, earlier this year, after splitting in October 2019.
Prior to her relationship with Chelcee, Megan had dated Towie star Demi Sims and got together with ex-boyfriend Wes Nelson while starring on the fourth series of ITV dating show Love Island in 2018.
Following the show, Wes and Megan had moved in together, but split following just over six months of dating.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Megan previously pointed out that the connection she has with a person is much more important to her than their gender when it comes to dating.
She explained: ‘I think it’s not about what gender the person is, like whether you’re male or female. For me, it’s more about the connection you have with someone.
‘It was reported that I was never, ever going to get with a man again. And that’s not true. Probably in the heat of the moment, I said it in a podcast, but that was a throwaway comment.
‘I think really, for me, it’s not about what gender you are, it is more about the connection you will have with that person.’
