Jarrod Bowen has agreed a new long-term deal to remain at West Ham United, according to reports.

The winger’s current deal is set to expire in the summer of 2025, and the Hammers have moved quickly to tie him down to a new contract following a fine start to the new season.

Bowen has scored five goals in the first seven games of the Premier League season as David Moyes’ side look to build on their Europa Conference League success last term.

And Fabrizio Romano has reported that Bowen is set to have another reason to celebrate, with the finer details of a new deal at West Ham finalised.

Romano added that the former Hull City man ‘wanted to stay as a key part of the project’ at the London club.

Bowen was West Ham’s hero in the Conference League final against Fiorentina in June, scoring a late winner in the 2-1 victory in Prague.

An uncertain summer followed for the Hammers, with club captain Declan Rice eventually completing a £105million move to Arsenal and rumours rife that Moyes was on the verge of departing.

However, new signings Edson Alvarez and James Ward-Prowse have filled the gap left by Rice and contributed to a positive start to the campaign.

Ahead of Sunday’s game against Newcastle United, West Ham sit seventh in the Premier League table having only lost to Manchester City and Liverpool so far.

They have also progressed in the Carabao Cup to set up a reunion with Rice in the fourth round as well as winning their first two Europa League group stage matches.

With Bowen, who has scored 45 goals in 165 West Ham appearances, now set to commit to the club, further success may well lie ahead.
