JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Florida’s Primary Election is August 23 which is also the same day the City of Jacksonville will hold a special election to see who will be the city’s next sheriff.

Before that day happens, the five contenders who want to be the next top cop will faceoff in a News4JAX-Jacksonville University Public Policy Institute debate.
