TLC personality Amy Slaton celebrated her nuptials with a hauntingly themed Halloween ceremony, with her sister Tammy by her side, showcasing a remarkable transformation.
Amy and her partner Brian Lovvorn exchanged vows at the storied Talbott Tavern in Bardstown, Kentucky. This inn, with its centuries-old history and ghostly legends, provided a fitting backdrop for their unique wedding.
The couple, who became engaged in the eerie confines of a haunted house’s padded room in Henderson, Kentucky earlier this year, found the perfect setting for their big day.
The proposal was witnessed by Amy’s sisters, Tammy and Misty, adding to the family affair.
And in photos shared to Instagram, Tammy posed next to the bride in a gorgeous white wedding dress, her remarkable weight loss fully on display.
Since undergoing bariatric surgery in late 2022, Tammy has impressively lost 500 pounds and further enhanced her transformation with skin removal surgeries. She appeared stunning beside Amy on this enchanted evening.

To commemorate the occasion, Amy colored her hair in a ‘special color’ at Brian’s request and styled it in a Victorian-inspired updo, as reported by People.
Her gown dazzled with floral and vine beading details, adding a romantic, ethereal touch.
The couple made their first look during the wedding processional, exchanging traditional vows in a ceremony officiated by their friend Billy — who also officiated Tammy’s late husband Caleb Willingham’s wedding in 2022.
‘Getting married means that I’m no longer because I’ve discovered my soulmate, Brian, is my happy place!’ Amy told People.
‘Once you get to know him, you’ll find him to be the sweetest, most caring person you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing! Not only did he capture my heart, but he also won over my boys and not many men out there will accept a single mom with two energetic boys!;
Amy shares two sons — Gage Deon, 4, and Glenn Allen, 3 — with ex-husband Michael Halterman.
Meanwhile, Tammy has been incredibly candid about her journey — much of which has been documented on 1000-Lb. Sisters — and back in April, she proudly revealed she was down ‘500 pounds.’
‘When I was at my heaviest, I was 700-plus pounds,’ she shared on the TLC series. ‘Right now, I’m weighing in at 238.’

Since late 2022, Tammy has shed 500 pounds following bariatric surgery, later completing skin removal procedures — and she looked incredible standing alongside her sister on such a magical night
Tammy even compared her progress to that of her sister, 37-year-old Amy Slaton, who’s lost 176 pounds.
‘Everyone is telling me I look smaller than Amy,’ she said. ‘That’s kind of hard to believe. I can’t believe I did that.’
After hitting her milestone, Tammy revealed in June that she finally underwent skin removal surgery earlier this year.
‘I was just overwhelmed with excitement,’ she told People, recalling the moment she was approved.
‘I worked really hard for this, and now it’s here. I’m pretty sure it was noticeable on my face how immediately shocked and then overwhelmed with joy I was.’
Tammy spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where she lost more than 400 pounds through treatment and bariatric surgery.

It was also where she met her late husband, Caleb Willingham.
Nicknamed ‘Double K,’ Caleb appeared alongside Tammy on the show as they fought to overcome their chronic obesity.
The two tied the knot in a small, intimate ceremony with around 30 guests, officiated by their home care nurse.
Tragically, just months after their wedding, Caleb died at age 40. His cause of death was never made public.
Tammy spoke about the heartbreaking moment she found out, revealing that a friend of Caleb’s first messaged her saying things weren’t looking good — and then delivered the devastating news just 20 minutes later.
‘I was sitting in the fetal position,’ she recalled to People.
‘I got a text message from his friend up there and the text said, “Caleb’s not doing good. They’re in there working on him.” Twenty minutes later, he texted me back and said he was gone.’In a previous season of 1000-Lb. Sisters, Tammy also admitted their relationship had changed in his final months, saying they ‘felt like roommates’ before his passing.
