19-year-old Tatiana Charles, known online as “Tati,” has filed criminal charges against rising Florida rapper Real Boston Richey (real name Jalen Foster), 28, accusing him of violently assaulting her during a recent argument.

Charles, who is reportedly two months pregnant with Foster’s child, alleges that he choked her repeatedly over the course of two harrowing hours. According to the police report, Foster allegedly took her phone to prevent her from calling for help, then placed his hands around her neck approximately 20 times, each choke lasting between 6 to 10 seconds.
