When asked if the headwinds facing Sydney and Melbourne are hitting Adelaide, Mr Xu said there was still a lot of growth left in the South Australian capital.

“To my viewing I think Adelaide is still going strong,” Mr Xu said.

“Sydney and Melbourne are seeing some drops, but the median price for Adelaide is still behind Sydney and Melbourne.

“So we are still seeing a lot of people from interstate who are interested to see what options they have investing here.”
