In the sickening messages, Tate, 38, tells Stern that he wants to “beat the f**k out of you” and boasts about how she “deserves it”.

He also told the model that there was “no point in having you” if he didn’t “beat and impregnate you”.

The disgraced influencer and self-proclaimed misogynist also threatened: “If you ever betray me… You will regret it.”

Stern, alleged to Beverly Hills Police that Tate attacked her on March 11, nearly choking her unconscious during the violent sexual encounter.

She told police that during a violent sexual encounter with Tate she nearly fell unconscious.

She felt “everything getting fuzzy” like she was “fading into unconsciousness”.

After he went to sleep, the alleged victim went to the bathroom to document her injuries.

The model said she went to an emergency room two days later in New York City as she was working there at the time.

Documents show she was diagnosed as “post concussive”.

In a cryptic tweet, Tate said in a social media post on Thursday, seemingly referencing the allegations: “I miss you too baby.”

Andrew and Tristan Tate arrive in back in Romania despite rape & human trafficking probe after spending weeks in the US

Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate returned to Romania last weekend for a court date in their organised crime case.

And it wasn’t until Andrew left the US that Stern felt safe enough to file a police report, according to TMZ.

Tate’s lawyer Joseph McBride described the allegation as “fake news”, vehemently denying the claims.

McBride told The Sun: “It’s fake news, an unequivocally false story.

“This is an attention grab by one of many people trying to hurt Andrew for one reason or another.

“It’s sad and disappointing but it’s unequivocally untrue and defamatory and we look forward to clearing Andrew’s name in court.

“Without doubt we will sue for defamation.

“Who in their right mind, after being cleared of human trafficking allegations in Romania, would travel across the globe and engage in such a crime? It’s utterly nonsensical.

“There’s not a scintilla of truth to it and we will do what we have to do to protect Andrew’s interests in court.”

Domestic abuse – how to get help

DOMESTIC abuse can affect anyone – including men – and does not always involve physical violence.

Here are some signs that you could be in an abusive relationship:

  • Emotional abuse – Including being belittled, blamed for the abuse – gaslighting – being isolated from family and friends, having no control over your finances, what you where and who you speak to
  • Threats and intimidation – Some partners might threaten to kill or hurt you, destroy your belongings, stalk or harass you
  • Physical abuse – This can range from slapping or hitting to being shoved over, choked or bitten.
  • Sexual abuse – Being touched in a way you do not want to be touched, hurt during sex, pressured into sex or forced to have sex when you do not consent.

If any of the above apply to you or a friend, you can call these numbers:

Remember, you are not alone.

1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience domestic abuse over the course of their lifetime.

Every 30 seconds the police receive a call for help relating to domestic abuse.

Andrew and his younger brother Tristan, 36, were arrested in 2022 for allegedly creating a criminal organisation in Romania.

He moved to Romania years ago after setting up a webcam business in the UK.

The former kick boxer initially gained fame after a short-lived appearance on Big Brother but was dumped from the reality show after alleged footage of him beating a woman emerged online.

Andrew then built up an image that appealed to teenage boys – creating an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.

Andrew has also been charged with rape in Romania, and both of the brothers face sexual assault lawsuits in the US and UK.

They have not been convicted of any crimes.
