PHOENIX – An anti-abortion activist who has previously made headlines as the “Pro-life Spiderman” has scaled another skyscraper.

Maison Des Champs climbed the 40-story Chase Bank building in Phoenix on Tuesday and the illegal stunt was caught on camera by multiple spectators.

Video of the Des Champs climb can be seen in the media player at the top of this article.

The video shows De Champs straddling a three-foot-wide crevice on the outside of the building as authorities wait for him at the top.

KPNX reported that a call came in around 9:45 a.m. and rescue crews arrived on the scene shortly after.

“Technical rescue teams were staged on the roof and around the ground floor of the building,” according to KPNX.

His climb lasted roughly an hour.

A crowdfunding website states that Des Champs is a rock climber hoping to raise money for pro-life charities.

He has previously climbed the 60-story Salesforce Tower in San Francisco on May 3, 2022, and the 52-story New York Times corporate building in Manhattan on May 5, 2022.
