The girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, country music artist Alexis Wilkins, has filed a lawsuit against two conservative commentators for allegedly labeling her as a Mossad operative. The 27-year-old Wilkins claims that Samuel Parker, a former US Senate candidate from Utah, and Elijah Schaffer, a prominent MAGA social media figure, falsely accused her of having ties to the Israeli government, describing her as a “honeypot.”
In legal documents submitted to a federal court, Wilkins, who is based in Nashville, asserts her identity as a Christian and an American-born US citizen, with no affiliations to any intelligence agency, including Israel’s. Her legal team emphasized that she has never visited Israel. Parker, who did not succeed in his 2018 Senate run, has since garnered a social media presence by stirring controversy within right-wing circles, notably targeting Wilkins.
Parker’s online activity frequently features conspiracy theories involving well-known conservative figures such as Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens, and Nick Fuentes. Recent posts from earlier this month suggest Wilkins was employed by spies and imply her relationship with Patel was orchestrated by intelligence operatives. Wilkins, who has been in a relationship with the 45-year-old Patel since 2023, has seen public and social media scrutiny over their high-profile lifestyle.
‘Why is a 24-yr devout Christian, hooking up with a Hindu Indian, old enough to be her dad, at a Christian Nationalist conference? Weird,’ Parker wrote in one post listed in the legal complaint. Another post cited in the complaint ‘ reaffirmed his [Parker’s] intention on February 28, 2025, when he suggested Ms. Wilkins’ presumed Israeli status is why the Epstein files have not yet been publicly released.’ The complaint against Schaffer, a popular far-right social media creator, outlines similar claims, including that he alleged she was a Mossad agent.
‘I was just sued for $5,000,000 over my X posts criticizing Israel by FBI director Kash Patel’s inner circle,’ Schaffer posted on X Monday. ‘I’ve never engaged in defamation or illegal activity. Gross law fare. This is an attack on free speech & an embarrassment to the FBI & Trump Admin.’ The country music singer has also previously sued podcaster and former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin for allegedly lying about her being ‘an agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI.’
The former agent later alleged the lawsuit was an effort to silence his criticism of the FBI director and his girlfriend. The director and his girlfriend have recently caught headlines for their bustling travel schedule . Earlier this month, Patel spoke out, viciously ripping into critics upset with his use of a private government jet for trips to visit his girlfriend.
‘The disgustingly baseless attacks against Alexis – a true patriot and the woman I’m proud to call my partner in life – are beyond pathetic,’ Patel wrote after he caught flak for using the jet to get to a wrestling match where his partner was scheduled to sing. ‘She is a rock-solid conservative and a country music sensation who has done more for this nation than most will in ten lifetimes. I’m so blessed she’s in my life.’
He then added: ‘Attacking her isn’t just wrong – it’s cowardly and jeopardizes our safety. My love of family will always be my cornerstone, and you will never tear that down or keep me from them.’ The Daily Mail has contacted Wilkins, Schafer and Parker for comment.
