RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: To all those anti-Semitic morons who march through London chanting 'Globalise the intifada', the Bondi bloodbath is where it leads

Are you satisfied now, all you anti-Semitic individuals who parade through London chanting slogans like ‘Globalise the intifada’? This is the tragic outcome: starting with a brutal murder in Manchester, now escalating to a massacre on Bondi Beach.

Undoubtedly, those who idolize Hamas are already preparing their black-and-white keffiyeh scarves and Palestinian flags for the next hostile demonstration.

They shout, “From The River To The Sea,” with a misguided fervor reminiscent of the Munchkins in The Wizard Of Oz. This misguided slogan now seemingly extends to the Tasman Sea near Sydney. A father-and-son duo driven by Islamist fanaticism shot fifteen innocent people, leaving many others injured.

Can the so-called ‘anti-Zionists’ clarify how a peaceful Hanukkah celebration on an Australian beach relates to Israel?

This latest atrocity debunks the commonly used justification that the indiscriminate killing of Jews is an act of ‘resistance.’

Yet, they persist in accusing Israel of ‘genocide.’ Let’s be clear: the true genocide is being committed by those extremist zealots who aim to eradicate the Jewish people entirely.

It matters not whether the Bondi murderers were members of, or inspired by, Isis, Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad or Iranian intelligence. Their collective aim is always the same: to kill Jews wherever they may be found.

What took place on Bondi Beach was a pogrom, just like the October 7 massacre at a music festival in Israel, albeit on a smaller scale. It was a crime against humanity.

And as I wrote a few short weeks ago in the wake of the murderous attack on the Heaton Park synagogue, the deranged ‘pro-Palestinian’ activists and their useful idiots in politics and the media have, if not legitimised, then certainly emboldened, the Islamist terrorists.

No doubt the Hamas cosplay crowd are already ironing their black-and-white keffiyeh scarves and unfurling their fashionable Palestinian flags in preparation for the next hate rally

The BBC broadcasts Bob Vylan at Glastonbury chanting ‘Death to the IDF’. Pop groups like the ridiculous tea-cosyed Kneecap express support for the anti-Jewish Hamas and Hezbollah, and Primal Scream plasters Nazi swastikas on Israeli flags.

They, too, have blood on their consciences, if not directly on their hands. This roll call of shame includes our own Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the Australian PM Anthony Albanese, despite his crocodile tears on Sunday.

Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu was right to angrily call out Albanese, another Hamas dupe, along with Starmer and the rest of the Western diplomatic community – with the honourable exception of Donald Trump’s United States.

Their reaction to the October 7 pogrom was to reward Hamas by recognising a Palestinian state which doesn’t exist and can only be created to the satisfaction of Islamists by erasing Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East.

Every atrocity is met with another concession. In Britain, the then Foreign Secretary David Lammy bans the export of certain weapons components to Israel, as Starmer officially recognises ‘Palestine’.

The Government caves in to pressure and prepares to introduce a blasphemy law designed specifically to outlaw ‘Islamophobia’.

This, of course, has little to do with the war in Gaza and everything to do with shoring up support among Muslims in Labour constituencies and throwing some red meat to far-Left headbangers on the Government’s backbenches.

European politicians pay lip service to fighting terrorism and go through the motions of mourning the dead. They link hands, lay wreaths, wave placards reading ‘Je Suis Juif’ – I am Jewish – just as they did in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo and Bataclan rock concert murders in Paris.

But five minutes later, it’s everybody back on the coach.

After the Manchester Arena bombing, there was a quick blast of Don’t Look Back In Anger and then it was business as usual again. There were even attempts to delete the name of the bomber from an official report on the grounds that it could provoke a ‘far-Right’ backlash and threaten ‘community relations’.

We are constantly instructed that these terrorist attacks are not endorsed by the vast majority of peace-loving Muslims.

Yet, inexplicably, all Jews are held responsible for the actions of the State of Israel, even when the evidence shows around half of the Jewish community in Britain strongly disapproves of the Netanyahu government.

Within days of the Manchester synagogue attack, the pro-Hamas crowd were back on the streets. Not even the admittedly flawed, Trump-brokered peace deal stopped them parading their pathological Jew-hatred. If that deal is now close to collapse, it’s the fault of Hamas not Israel.

It takes a unique strain of psychosis to justify the slaughter and capture of hundreds of innocent men, women and children by Hamas as ‘resistance’ and brand a campaign to root out terrorists, while taking as much care as possible to ensure minimal civilian casualties, as ‘genocide’.

What took place on Bondi beach was a pogrom, just like the October 7 massacre at a music festival in Israel, albeit on a smaller scale. It was a crime against humanity, says Littlejohn

But this is where we are in the ‘liberal’ West, which includes Australia. Within days of the October 7 massacre a mob was outside the Sydney Opera House chanting ‘F*** the Jews’.

Needless to say, no one was arrested by the bold Australian plods, who appear to take the same relaxed, tolerant attitude towards Jew hatred as our own negligent Metropolitan Police.

Not that appeasing Islamist extremism protects us from harm. Attacks continue in London, Manchester, Paris, Munich and now Sydney.

Will anything change Down Under after Bondi? I wouldn’t hold your breath. A series of terrorist atrocities on British soil hasn’t shifted the dial. We’re still the world’s softest touch when it comes to rolling out the red carpet for assorted terrorists and hate preachers.

As Jews were being gunned down on Bondi Beach, the beaches of Kent were welcoming another 900 illegal immigrants, ferried here by Border Force. Almost all of them were young men of military age, about whom we know absolutely nothing.

How can we be sure that among them there aren’t a significant number of sleepers sent to wreak havoc?

Must we wait until one of them wanders into a Westfield shopping centre with a Kalashnikov and starts firing at random, or blows himself up on the Elizabeth Line, taking a few dozen commuters to paradise with him?

Our complacency is our undoing, time and again. I’ve long argued that the Government should repeal the pernicious Human Rights Act; instruct the police and security services to close down Islamist websites; stop our prisons being used as terrorist recruiting offices; shut down mosques and religious schools which foment terrorism; prosecute and deport foreign hate preachers; arrest and imprison anti-Jewish hate marchers; and intern all illegal migrants the moment they land before putting them on the first plane out.

But it ain’t gonna happen under Labour, in thrall to international yuman rites conventions.

Nor, I imagine, under Albanese in Australia, despite the Bondi bloodbath. My guess is that in a few weeks, once a decent period of performative mourning is concluded, it’ll be time for ‘move along, nothing to see here’.

Jew-hatred is a cancer which has metastasised in so-called ‘liberal’ societies.

It’s almost 20 years since I made a TV documentary exposing the new anti-Semitism generated by an unholy alliance between the far-Left and Islamic extremists. The signs were all there then, barbed wire round schools and synagogues, swastikas daubed on graves. But even I didn’t imagine the extent of the violence which would follow.

There was something especially shocking about the Bondi attack. The Aussies are our closest cousins. At this time of year, I always think of my paternal grandad, a retired London docker turned Ten-Pound Pom who ended up as Sydney’s Santa Claus, star of that city’s Christmas Parade.

Australia was seen as the ‘lucky country’, a refuge from the divisions and turmoil of the Old World. As Alex Brummer wrote in the Mail yesterday, Sydney’s Jewish community was founded by those fleeing Europe wanting to put the horrors of the Holocaust thousands of miles away behind them.

Sadly, there’s no hiding place for Jews any more, even on the other side of the world.

Australia’s not so lucky now. The global intifada has arrived in earnest.
