It shows a car driving at speed, colliding with a concrete gutter and mounting the verge, flipping and rolling multiple times.

Bits of the red Hyundai are seen flying into the air at 5.30pm on Saturday on the Kwinana Freeway in Bibra Lake.

Witnesses said a woman in her 30s remarkably crawled from the car – her head was bleeding and she was complaining of abdominal pain.

No one else was in the car and no other drivers were injured during the chaos.

WA Police are investigating.
