What do you get the woman who has everything?

In Gina Rinehart’s case, nothing.

Instead, Australia’s richest person will give away her millions.

The mining billionaire will celebrate her 69th birthday by giving 41 lucky Hancock Prospecting workers $100,000 each, as part of a $4.1 million raffle, the AFR reports.

With around 4000 workers in the company, which operates in mining, energy and agriculture, each employee has a one per cent chance of coming up trumps.

Rinehart, with an estimated net worth of $34 billion, turns 69 tomorrow.

The 41 cash prizes represent each of the 41 years she has worked at Hancock Prospecting, which she now controls in her role as executive chairperson.

Giving away small slices of her personal fortune is nothing new for Rinehart.

She is known for splashing cash in worker giveaways around Christmas.

Rinehart is the daughter of iron-ore explorer Lang Hancock, who died in 1992.

The company is also Australia’s second-largest cattle producer.
