Investigations into a suspected shooting in Sydney’s south-west are being hampered by the victim’s unwillingness to cooperate with police.

Late last night, Fairfield Hospital became a scene of concern when a 43-year-old man arrived with a gunshot wound to his leg, prompting police intervention.
