The body of a Manhattan fashion designer discovered dead at a luxurious Hamptons boat club “did not show evidence of violence,” Suffolk County police announced on Wednesday.

This information surfaced one day after 33-year-old Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra was found unresponsive on a yacht docked at the prestigious Montauk Yacht Club shortly before midnight and was later declared dead.

An autopsy indicated no signs of a violent death; however, authorities have yet to provide a cause of death or further details regarding the enigmatic situation surrounding her passing.

Police disclosed that bystanders attempted to revive Nolan-O’Slatarra after she was discovered unconscious on the vessel, which is one of two belonging to the same owner, according to sources reported by The Post.

Nolan-O’Slatarra, a well-regarded designer in New York City, frequently spent her summers in the Hamptons, where she is a familiar face in the exclusive waterfront community.

Suffolk County police have yet to disclose the cause of death or the circumstances of this incident, which has deeply affected many in Montauk – a renowned summer destination for the affluent.

A native of Ireland, Nolan-O’Slatarra moved to the US at the age of 26 and began her career by launching pop-ups featuring the summer wear brand East x East in the Hamptons in 2023, she told the Irish Independent in an interview last year.

Her business partner posted a moving farewell on Instagram on Wednesday.

“We dreamed big together, laughed harder than anyone else could understand and built so much for nothing,” Dylan Grace, who started the design company East x East with boat club victim Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra in 2023 said in a moving Instagram post.

“I’m truly blessed and grateful to have had you in my life,” Grace wrote. “Love you so much Mar. Fly high girl.”
