Police have charged three teenagers after they allegedly crashed a stolen car into multiple parked vehicles in Brisbane.

The event reportedly happened around 11:40 am yesterday near Bowen Terrace and Moray Street in New Farm. 

Authorities claim a stolen silver Ford Fairlane collided with multiple parked cars before three individuals inside the vehicle escaped on foot.

According to police, an off-duty officer apprehended two of the suspects, both teenage girls, on Barker Street.

A short time later, the third offender – a teenage boy – was located on Bowman Lane.

Police will further allege the Ford Fairlane was stolen from a Nudgee property around 2.40am yesterday.

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with unlawful use of motor vehicle in company, dangerous driving, receiving tainted property, and breach of bail.

A 14-year-old girl was charged with two counts of stealing, unlawful use of motor vehicle in company, and breach of bail.

They will both appear in Brisbane Childrens Court on June 16.

A 16-year-old girl was issued a notice to appear in Brisbane Childrens Court on June 2.
