Lines was extradited to Brisbane, where she will face court with South Australian detectives applying for her extradition to Adelaide.
Meanwhile, her former lover Zacharia Bruckner, 30, was also arrested by Queensland Police last week and was charged with conspiracy to murder-related offences.
He didn’t apply for bail and will remain behind bars while legal proceedings continue.
Bruckner will return to court in May.
Lines and Bruckner are accused of plotting to murder her ex-husband Jonathan Hawtin at least three times.

In 2017, Hawtin was seriously injured and left a tetraplegic after he was allegedly attacked with an axe.
In the same incident, Bruckner suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen, which police now allege was self-inflicted to stage a self-defence case.
Hawtin was charged with attempted murder but acquitted at trial.
It is also alleged Lines and Bruckner as recently as 2023 plotted to hire a contract killer to silence Hawtin and his mother.
Lines is also accused of sending a female lover to suffocate Hawtin while he was in a rehabilitation centre after the 2017 axe incident.
