Israel has charged various organizations, such as the United Nations, with enabling significant amounts of aid to be captured by Hamas fighters. Israel claims that these groups have hijacked resources meant for the civilian population and redirected them to bolster their military capabilities. In contrast, Hamas refutes these claims, accusing Israel of employing starvation tactics against the people as a form of warfare.
