Supermodel legend Cindy Crawford has sparked a mixed reaction online after unveiling the details of her elaborate morning ritual, stirring up a bit of controversy.
Crawford, 60, took to TikTok on Wednesday to document her lavish routine, which is full of self-care and wellness therapies.Â
Her routine, which spans 2.5 hours, kicks off at 6 a.m. She begins by dry brushing her legs with a natural-bristle brush while tuning into her Bible app on Spotify.
Among her unique wellness activities, Crawford dons a red light cap, takes a shot of apple cider vinegar, and enjoys a soak in her backyard hot tub.
Additional practices involve ‘grounding,’ where she places her feet directly on the grass, and brewing a coffee infused with collagen.
She wraps up her morning regimen by 8:30 a.m., bouncing on a mini trampoline in her home gym as she awaits her Pilates instructor.
‘I love my morning routine — sets me up to have a great day!’ Crawford wrote in the caption of her video.
Despite her dedication, many online commenters have expressed skepticism, poking fun at the extensive amount of time she dedicates to starting her day.

In one viral post on XÂ (formerly Twitter), one user questioned whether or not this was a ‘morning routine’ or a ‘full-time job.’
‘By the end of the video, the routine feels less like “getting ready for the day” and more like a full-scale celebrity wellness ritual,’ the user wrote.
The responses sparked a fierce debate, as many seemed to believe that the whole thing was totally ridiculous.
‘That’s not a morning routine… that’s a wellness startup incubator before breakfast,’ one user typed.
Another seconded, ‘Wake up, coffee, throw on scrubs then out the door for 12-hour shift. It’s called the real world.’Â
‘Celebrities are so out of touch and need to stop rubbing it in our faces. They don’t have a normal life routine. Nothing about all this is normal to an average person,’ someone else typed.
‘These celebrities just need to stop sharing. You live a life that 99.99 percent of the world will never understand and even if you’re being genuine, you come off as completely out of touch and a braggart,’ another X user penned.
Someone else admitted, ‘Not so shocked by the routine itself, but the need to post it for the world to see. It’s not for the money it is out of vanity.’Â

Others, however, seemed to think her routine was justifiable, especially because of her career as a model.
‘It is a part of her full time job. She still trades on her looks so this is all about maintaining the product,’ one person wrote.
Someone else agreed, ‘I mean she’s a model, her job is her keeping her appearance up.’
‘Well she is Cindy Crawford so yes, it is her full time job to look fit and gorgeous,’ another shared.
This isn’t the first time that Crawford has shared her wellness tips and tricks with the world.

She has stated in the past that her go-to workout would be 20 minutes of cardio then weights three times a week followed up with 30 minutes to an hour of bicep curls, weights, squats and lunges.
Meanwhile, another anti-ageing wellness secret Crawford swears by to keep wrinkles at bay is to sit in her home sauna.
Speaking on The Skinny Confidential in 2024, she said: ‘I think part of being healthy is mental health and part of mental health is feeling like you are taking care of yourself and feeling good about yourself.
‘I think with women, if we feel good about ourselves we have so much more confidence and so much more to offer.
‘We raise our hands, we volunteer, we are not hiding in the shadows.’
She added: ‘If I’m at home I do a little bit of intermittent fasting so I don’t usually have breakfast until 10am, I usually work out before breakfast.’
