A high school teacher, whose brother has recently landed a role in the Baywatch reboot, was spotted shopping at a TJ Maxx in Arizona amid allegations of misconduct with a student. The teacher in question, Haley Beck, is the sister of influencer and actor Noah Beck. She was seen dressed casually while running errands last Thursday.
The sighting comes on the heels of recent developments in a legal case involving Beck. Just a week ago, authorities announced they had resubmitted charges against her and another former teacher to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Both educators were previously employed at Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, a suburb located about 14 miles northwest of Phoenix.
Beck, who is 27, along with Angela Burlaka, 47, were put on administrative leave by the Peoria Unified School District in August 2025. This action followed accusations that they engaged in inappropriate behavior with the same male student.
Allegations against Beck suggest that she began grooming the student in December 2024. According to police, this conduct persisted throughout the boy’s sophomore and junior years, during which he was enrolled in her psychology and sociology classes.
The police report, which spans nearly 200 pages, details accusations that Beck, who joined the school staff in 2020, provided the student with gifts, food, drugs, and alcohol. Moreover, she allegedly paid him more than $600 and allowed him access to her car.

At one point, she called herself the boy’s ‘sugar momma’, writing in a text message to him that ‘it felt like straight prostitution’, according to the report.

The two exchanged roughly 4,000 text messages about oral sex, drugs, and alcohol, police said.
Meanwhile, Burlaka was accused of recording videos of herself nude that ended up on the student’s phone. The married woman was also heard saying the student’s name in the videos, according to police.
The student’s grandmother found the videos on his phone last July and called the police, according to the report.
This prompted the investigation, which the student’s parents did not want to cooperate with, fearing that it would negatively impact athletic scholarships for college, police said.
Nonetheless, the boy’s mother told authorities she was aware her son was ‘having sex with a teacher named “Haley Beck”,’ per the report.
Beck also seemed to be aware that Burlaka was allegedly involved with the student, writing in a message to him that she doesn’t ‘like being compared to Mrs. B.’
A note found in Beck’s apartment by police served as a tacit admission of their relationship, detectives wrote in the report.
‘For this “relationship” being extremely wrong, I feel like we have really made the most out of it,’ the message said. ‘There is truly no other student (I know, so wrong) that I’d want to do all this with.’

The Peoria Unified School District, which oversees Centennial High School, has said it takes all allegations ‘involving student safety extremely seriously’
According to court records, Centennial High School Principal Scott Hollabaugh gave police Beck’s name after the investigation into Burlaka began.
He told cops that he had received ‘multiple complaints from students and staff’ about Beck, records revealed.
After the probe started, Burlaka voluntarily surrendered her Arizona teaching certificates, but Beck did not.
‘The Peoria Unified School District and Governing Board take all allegations involving student safety extremely seriously,’ a spokesperson with the school district said.
‘At the time the concerns were reported, the information available did not meet the legal threshold for reasonable suspicion of abuse, nor was there corroborating evidence to support such a determination.
‘The District responded in accordance with Governing Board policy, applicable law, and established procedures. Following a review of the matter, appropriate actions were taken to address the concerns raised.
‘Due to pending litigation, the District is unable to provide additional details. We remain committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and responsive environment for all students and staff.’
During a governing board meeting on March 26, the Peoria Unified School District unanimously voted to fire her.

Police recommended that the Maricopa County prosecutors charge Beck with inducing prostitution and Burlaka with aggravated luring of a minor for sexual exploitation.
Prosecutors have not come to a decision, but as of this week, they are still reviewing the recommendations to see whether a case should be brought forward.
Beck’s lawyer, Matthew Long, said in a statement to the Daily Mail that his client ‘respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes’.
‘Like any individual subject to investigation, Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence,’ Long continued.
Beck and her two siblings, Noah and Tatum Beck, grew up in Peoria with their parents, Amy and Tim Beck.
