A grieving Brooke Hogan was spotted at the funeral home of her late father, Hulk Hogan, as Daily Mail uncovers that the wrestling icon’s body remains uncremated nearly five weeks after his unexpected passing.
The 37-year-old, alongside her husband and former NHL player, Steve Oleksy, attended a private viewing Tuesday at a funeral parlor in Clearwater, Florida, where Hogan’s embalmed body is still resting.
Brooke, who was reportedly not on speaking terms with her father at the time of his death last month, appeared somber while leaving the venue. Exclusive photos from Daily Mail show her holding a memorial leaflet with his real name, Terry Bollea.
Dressed casually in a slouchy top and sweatpants, Brooke seemed emotional as she hugged a man before departing for meetings with her lawyers and detectives later on.
Hogan’s devastated widow Sky Daily was at his side when the WWE star collapsed from a heart attack at his $8million waterfront home on July 24.
She confirmed her husband is yet to be cremated, despite earlier reports suggesting otherwise, telling Daily Mail firmly: ‘No.’

‘Brooke asked me if she could visit her father and of course I said, yes,’ Daily said.
Daily is reported to have had a private autopsy performed on the former WWE icon to help answer questions, but has not revealed the findings.
Insiders mentioned to Daily Mail that Brooke was determined to visit, not only to pay her respects and say farewell to her father but also to personally ensure his body wasn’t cremated and that an autopsy had been performed.
This follows the singer’s public resurgence of controversy regarding Hogan’s last moments, as she requests access to police bodycam footage and 911 recordings she believes could ‘alter the narrative’ of his abrupt death.
And it would appear she is determined to keep up the momentum.
Following the visit to her attorney after seeing her father, she and Oleksy visited detectives at Clearwater Police headquarters.

Brooke had been estranged from her father and asked to be written out of his will in 2023, but has become the most vocal member of the family publicly demanding answers about his death

She stayed for two hours in order to glean as much information as possible from them about the investigation, our source said.
Brooke’s online outburst last week came as Sky also poured fuel on the fire by alleging her late husband could have been victim of medical malpractice at the time of his death.
Daily told TMZ that his phrenic nerve – which controls the ability to breathe – was ‘compromised’ during recent surgery.
But Brooke, long estranged from Hogan and who asked in 2023 to be written out of his will, has been the most vocal in calling for more answers.
According to the medical examiner certificate obtained by Daily Mail, Hogan’s death was natural, caused by an acute myocardial infarction, more commonly known as a heart attack.
It also indicated that he had a history of ‘atrial fibrillation and leukemia.’

Sources told Daily Mail Brooke insisted on seeing her father’s body to confirm that he had not been cremated yet

However Brooke took to Instagram last week to challenge the findings, saying: ‘FACT: I’ve 100% gotten legit calls from professionals- from police officials to nurses that were supposedly with my dad on the day of his death telling ME I need to see body cam footage and I need to get a hold of the 911 tapes because they supposedly contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative we/I/everyone’s been hearing.
‘Those same professionals feel so passionately about what they witnessed, they have continued to contact me and push me to find specific answers to this very day.
‘They are quite literally putting their careers at risk because they feel so compelled to do the right thing.’
And in a telling sentence about her relationship with Hogan’s third wife Sky, she said: ‘The short of it is – it’s all up to my dad’s wife and I have zero control.
‘I cannot do anything, my hands are tied, and I have no say in anything regarding my dad – even as his daughter. Those are the rules as I’ve been told.’
In another outburst she complained: ‘I do not have any information on if or when he is being cremated. Could have been right after he died, could be tomorrow. I do not know.

Hogan’s third wife and now widow Sky Daily,46, confirmed to Daily Mail that cremation has not yet taken place, despite earlier reports suggesting otherwise
‘I have been told by my brother there will be an autopsy. I do not know who will be performing the autopsy. Any information I receive from an autopsy – if one happens – whether I believe it or not, I will be keeping private out of respect for my father.
‘I do not have answers as to if the officials who have contacted me about what they witnessed relayed this information to the medical examiner’s office. And if they did, I do not know why it wasn’t taken into consideration.
‘All body cam footage and 911 dispatch calls are not available via the freedom of information act. It’s all on lockdown. I do not know why.’
She continued: ‘I have to trust that my brother is doing his best to get answers. At the end of the day, answers would be great, but none of it brings my dad back. And my hands are tied’.
Widow Sky’s suspicions are based on the view of an occupational therapist who was at the Hogan mansion when he stopped breathing.
The witness, who has not been named, allegedly told officers that during a recent medical procedure a surgeon ‘severed’ Hogan’s phrenic nerve.

Brooke suddenly injected new controversy into the family drama by claiming that a mysterious police video will ‘change the narrative’ around Hogan’s death

Brooke released the bombshell statement on her Instagram story last week
Police at the scene are said to have discussed the apparent revelation with conversations caught on body cam, according to TMZ.
The outlet claimed that Hulk did not clench his chest when he was believed to have gone into cardiac arrest at home, but instead simply stopped breathing.
Hogan was declared dead in hospital 90 minutes after paramedics arrived at his mansion.
Sky has disclosed there has been an autopsy, but she has not revealed the results.
Clearwater Police has previously attempted to quash any outlandish theory about the star’s final moments, saying: ‘As previously stated, there are no signs of foul play or anything suspicious about the death.’
However, the department has also told the New York Post they are continuing the investigation and ‘have been in communication with family members – including his son Nick and daughter Brooke’.

Also stoking the fires of controversy has been radio personality and podcaster Bubba the Spongebob, real name Tom Alan Clem.
On Tuesday he called for Clearwater Police chief Eric Gandy to be fired over his handling of the death ‘when this all shakes out’.
On his show, he asked: ‘Do you have any footage of the home? I know the home has a surveillance system.
‘Did you go and preserve that? Or now that we’re now how many weeks away… has this system now rerecorded over itself and it’s not available?’
He also demanded to know: ‘Did you go in immediately and make it a crime scene? Or at least an investigative scene? Did you round up all the pill bottles, did you get video surveillance from the night before and of the event? Not just relying on the police body cam.
‘Who gave Hogan his prescriptions the night before, or the day of?’
He alleged: ‘You’ve done none of it. And the police department told the medical examiner, “nah, you don’t have to do one on this one. He died of an old man heart attack. He had a history of afib and leukemia. Nothing to see here”.’
