MINNEAPOLIS — The Bears wrapped up the season at Minnesota in embarrassing fashion, blowing a 14 point first-half lead only to lose by that many.

Andy Dalton made the start in place of Justin Fields, who remains in COVID protocol. The veteran quarterback threw for 325 yards and a touchdown, but seven sacks and two interceptions — including a pick 6- – jumped out of the box score in a 31-17 loss.

Bears finish the season 6-11.

Matt Nagy is widely expected to be fired as head coach by Monday, but no official word has been released by the team.

Through 4 seasons, Nagy is 34-31 with two play off losses.
