Courtney Stodden looked unrecognizable as she was wheeled out of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon’s office on Wednesday.
The reality TV star, 31, exited Dr. Gary Motykie’s office with a sizable bandage on her nose, suggesting she may have had another rhinoplasty.
Her face appeared puffy and bruised, with both her eyes nearly shut due to the swelling.
Stodden, who has previously undergone breast augmentation, was assisted into her car by a nurse and taken home by her husband, movie producer Jared Safier, 42.
She donned a cozy mint green silk robe along with brown sandals. Her bleach blonde hair was styled in a casual ponytail, and she kept herself cool using a vintage fan.
Daily Mail has reached out to Stodden’s representatives for comment.

Courtney Stodden, 31, looked unrecognizable as she was wheeled out of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon’s office on Wednesday

The reality TV siren left Dr. Motykie’s office with a large bandage around her nose, after undergoing what appeared to be a rhinoplasty

In addition to her nose job in 2016, the star has confessed to having breast enlargement, temporary lip fillers, and porcelain veneers; as seen in an Instagram photo.
After a nurse helped her get into the car, Stodden’s husband was seen giving her a kiss on the head and appeared to check in on her.
The pair — who got married last year — were seen looking at each other as they talked, before driving out of the garage.
Dr. Motykie is described on his website as a board-certified plastic surgeon with ‘specialized expertise in rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and facial rejuvenation.’
Stodden, who gained notoriety for her marriage to Green Mile actor Doug Hutchison at age 16 when he was 51, had previously had a rhinoplasty in February 2016 to correct a nasal bump and aid with breathing difficulties.
Stodden told ET at the time why she wanted the procedure done as she said: ‘I’m not wild about my bump on the side of my nose.’
‘In pictures or on red carpets I just feel really self-conscious about this bump.’
Stodden had her previous procedure done by Dr. Robert Kotler in Beverly Hills, who explained to Dailymail.com that the reality star’s surgery wasn’t just cosmetic as it was also to correct her ‘long-standing nasal blockage and sinus issues’.
At the time Stodden shared that she is open to more plastic surgery but not until way down the line as she explained: ‘I guess when gravity starts taking over, I might get a nip/tuck here and there, but nothing excessive.’
The star has also previously admitted to having a breast augmentation surgery in 2013, when she was 18-year-old, temporary lip fillers, and porcelain veneers.

Last month Stodden celebrated her first sober birthday as an adult.
The last time the blonde beauty from Washington state enjoyed a birthday with no alcohol was when she was 17-years-old.
Now on her 31st birthday she has told Daily Mail she feels ‘incredible’ that she has gone without the bubbly as she navigates her sober journey.
‘I feel stronger than ever and look forward to a healthy future,’ added the former teen bride.
‘I honestly didn’t think I would make it to 31 but here I am.’
‘I’d like to believe that I’m stronger than I ever thought I was and if this resonates with you, so are you there’s a light within you that can carry you through the hardest trials and tribulations. My first sober adult birthday let’s do this! Cheers either way with a glass of water!’
The cover girl also noted that many of her friends are not happy that she has decided to be sober as they won’t know what to do with ‘healthy’ Stodden, but she will stick with her plan no matter what and won’t take up drinking again just to please her pals.
‘Alcohol was my escape for years, but it turned into a trap,’ shared Stodden to the Daily Mail.
‘I used it to survive trauma, but it ended up making me feel more lost and ashamed. This breakup isn’t just with a substance—it’s with a version of myself I’m ready to leave behind.
‘At some point, blacking out stopped being cute. I used alcohol to deal with pain, but all it did was make things messier—and make me louder in all the wrong ways. I’m finally cutting ties. Alcohol and I? Total toxic ex energy.’

Stodden was just 16 when she married Green Mile star Doug Hutchison, who was 51 at the time, at a Las Vegas wedding chapel in 2011. Their divorce was finalized in 2020; Seen in 2013
This comes after she talked about how her much-older first husband Doug – a 65-year-old actor whom she calls her former ‘groomer’ – got her started on drinking alcohol when she was very young.
She said he would drink ‘bottle and bottles of alcohol’ a day and pushed her to drink too so he could ‘control’ her.
The reality TV star – known for starring in Couples Therapy – married the actor in 2011, when she was just 16-years-old.
Stodden’s mother, Krista Stodden, previously revealed that she regrets giving permission to her then teenage daughter to marry the actor, who was 51 at the time.
Stodden and Hutchison’s divorce was finalized in 2020.
