Crews respond to fire in downtown Watseka

WATSEKA, Ill. (WCIA) — Watseka police confirm there is a fire happening in the downtown area.

It’s at N. 4th Street and E. Walnut Street

Photos taken from people in town show heavy flames and thick smoke coming from the roof of a building.

WCIA is working to confirm more information.

For now, police say to avoid the downtown area.
