EXCLUSIVE: Entertainment Tonight can officially call the 2024-25 award season a success.
Averaging 3.8M total viewers across its coverage of the Golden Globes, Grammys, and Oscars, Entertainment Tonight outpaced its next closest competition by 245%, making it the top entertainment newsmagazine across all three, per CBS Media Ventures.
On Oscar night, ET‘s coverage drew 3.6M total viewers, up 245,000 from the year prior. Interestingly, ET recorded a 272% surge in viewership among men 18-34 for this year’s coverage.
ET also appears to have been driving awards conversations on social media, raking in over 98M engagements on Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok across the three award shows.
Season-to-date, ET is averaging nearly 2.9M total viewers, leading the market by 174% compared to its next closest competitor.
