Meghan Trainor shocked longtime fans over the weekend after debuting a radically new look at KIIS FM’s Wango Tango concert.
Despite being on a public weight loss journey over the last few years, many were still stunned by her Barbie doll makeover at the pop festival.
The 31-year-old looked unrecognizable in a hot pink bedazzled bra and matching bottoms.
The skimpy ensemble showed off her trim figure, which she achieved through working out and using the weight loss drug Mounjaro.
She also showed off her new breast implants, which she had done earlier this year.
The singer, who was once famous for her voluptuous curves and body positive pop hits like All About That Bass, drew a mixed reaction from fans.
‘Meghan Trainor on Ozempic looks a LOT like Paris Hilton,’ wrote one.
‘Beautiful but I really loved when you represented girls who can’t look like every other basic model,’ wrote another.

‘Where is the Meghan who once inspired curvy girls to embrace themselves with pride, regardless of not fitting into typical standards?’ one commenter remarked.
‘Hasn’t it been 10 years since this song, so why wouldn’t her body change?’ stated another.
‘She used to stand for the complete opposite of whatever it is she has become,’ a fifth added.
A sixth wrote, ‘Beautiful but don’t go too far please. The appealing part of you was that you were relatable and normal and not too fake…’
Other fans were also shocked that Meghan had changed the lyrics to her signature hit All About That Bass.
In the original track, Meghan sang, ‘It’s pretty clear, I ain’t no size two,’ but the updated lyrics now say, ‘It’s pretty clear, I got some new boobs.’
Comments on TikTok were divided, with one fan writing, ‘There’s no bass left. Ozempic took it all.’
Another said, ‘She lost the bass. But she looks healthy and happy in her own skin and that is ALLLLL that matters.’

Another person commented, ‘Criticizing women in this comment section isn’t the way to go. Heaven forbid a woman decide, after a decade and two children, to change her appearance from what it was ten years ago.’
‘Also, if you’re a man in this comment section — literally no one asked.’
Back in March, the performer initially debuted her boob job on Instagram after undergoing a breast augmentation and lift.
She told People ahead of the surgery, ‘I think I was born with saggy boobs. I swear, they were always looking at the ground.
‘So this is a big deal for me. I’m getting a boob job. I’m getting a lift.’
The mom-of-two had previously talked about her struggles when it comes to nursing her kids.
She explained, ‘Listen, these don’t make milk. So when I have more children, these don’t make milk anyways. So it’s time to lift my boobs, I’m so excited.’

A couple months later, the songstress unveiled the results on social media.
‘I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done, because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life,’ Trainor told her fans on Instagram.
The singer shared the surgery was in collaboration with the company Motiva and that the implants she got have a ‘natural look and feel.’
‘My breasts look fuller yet completely natural and they complement my body proportions beautifully. They’re finally twin sisters and not distant cousins.’
While giving a glimpse of her chest post-procedure, she said, ‘After having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier with my decision.’

In April, it was also revealed that both Meghan and her husband Daryl had taken the type 2 diabetes drug Mounjaro to aid in their weight loss journey.
During an episode of the couple’s Workin’ On It podcast, the Spy Kids actor explained, ‘We did 75 Hard after our son Riley was born and, man, did we crush.’
The songstress added, ‘Then, we heard more and more of our friends – and even our doctors – were on Mounjaro and Ozempic.’
She eventually decided to try Mounjaro due to there being less side effects than Ozempic.
Daryl chimed in with, ‘So, I did it, too,’ and his wife replied with, ‘Daryl and I both do everything together.’
Trainor explained that they both take the lowest dose of Mounjaro while also consistently working out and eating healthy.
‘We were like, “We have to make sure we don’t lose muscle that we worked so hard gaining all those years. We stay in the gym, we work out, we eat right, and we just noticed that we were less hungry.’
Daryl added, ‘We’ve been on this journey for a while and we learned how there are right ways to do it and there are improper ways to do it.’
The couple – who married in 2018 – shared that they use smaller plates when eating to help control portion sizes.
She stated, ‘I’m obsessed now with the science of when I work out and build muscle, you have to eat protein or else it’s not going to do anything.’
