Former Astronomer executive Kristin Cabot, although she no longer dons her wedding ring, still keeps a symbol of affection around her neck despite the ongoing Coldplay kiss cam controversy, Daily Mail reports.
The former head of people at the company was seen for the first time since the uproar, wearing the same layered necklaces she had on during the controversial concert event with her married superior Andy Byron.
Was it a token of love from her former CEO?
Exclusive images by Daily Mail captured the 52-year-old tending to her garden solo on Wednesday at the New Hampshire residence she shares with her billionaire spouse, Andrew Cabot.
Her gold heart pendant chain and pearls were once again visible, but her wedding band was not. The ring had also been notably absent when she and Byron were caught sharing an intimate cozy moment at the July 16 Coldplay show in Boston.
But now the Daily Mail can reveal that Cabot’s favorite piece of jewelry may be more than just a token of someone’s love and reminder of that fateful night.
The HR chief, known as ‘Kristi’ during her college years, was a member the Delta Gamma sorority – known for its ‘pearls and parties’, according to insiders.
Yearbook photos exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail from her time at Gettysburg College, Pennsylvania, show a 21-year-old Cabot, then known by maiden name Stanek, smiling with her sorority sisters and clutching plastic party cups in 1994.

College pals noted that she was quick to align herself with girls from ‘affluent’ families – and gave off the air of being wealthy herself.
‘She was definitely confident, and had a very biting sense of humor. But she wasn’t super ambitious from what we remember,’ one friend told Daily Mail.
‘She was certainly a member of the more elite circles. We always thought she would do well career wise, but sleeping with the CEO? No one would have expected that.
‘We were all under the impression that she came from affluence, or at least presented that way. She was never promiscuous or anything, so this situation came as a bit of a surprise.
‘She was a member of the sorority that was characterized by pearls and parties, an elite sorority.
‘Kristi was never on social media at all, apart form LinkedIn, so we were really surprised to see her finally and see how far she has come.
‘No one was surprised to see where she ended up socioeconomically, but definitely surprised to see her in that situation.’
The 1994 photos show a younger Kristin smiling in her portrait, with her major, political science, and York, Maine hometown listed underneath.

Insiders revealed she was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority, whose symbol is an anchor with pearls

Kristin, from York, Maine, was quick to align herself with girls from ‘affluent’ families – and gave off the air of being wealthy herself, according to one friend
She is also pictured posing at parties with her sorority sisters, donning pearls around their necks and wrists.
Delta Gamma, also known as DG, was founded in 1873 at the Lewis School for Girls, in Mississippi, has 151 collegiate chapters and its symbol is an anchor with pearls.
As an alumna, the piece of jewelry might just be a fashion choice for Cabot or a nod to both her sorority roots and the infamous viral moment with Byron last week.
Byron stepped down as CEO of Astronomer earlier this week amid the firestorm sparked by the viral video of the pair scrambling to hide from the kiss cam at Boston’s Gillette Stadium.
Meanwhile, Cabot, who had been placed on leave, was confirmed to have resigned as head of HR at the software company on Thursday.
The status of her marriage to Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot, an heir to the $15.4billion Cabot family fortune, however remains unknown.
The couple purchased the $2.2million home on New Hampshire’s coast in February this year.
But the wealthy couple, referred to as husband and wife in state property records, did not outright pay for the ‘fixer-upper’, taking out a $1.6million mortgage with Morgan Stanley.
Kristin and her husband, 60, had planned to renovate the four-bed, two-bath classic New England residence, which is situated on 1.42 acres of land. The property was sold ‘as is’ and ‘needs rehab’.

On Wednesday Kristin did not appear to be wearing her wedding ring, which was also notably absent during her appearance at the Coldplay concert with Andy Byron

Massachusetts property documents dated in January confirmed that Cabot is currently married to Andrew Cabot, the chief executive of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based booze maker. They are pictured together with his kids
As the home is currently under lien, they may have to sell the property if they are planning to move forward with a divorce or formal separation.
Neither has filed for divorce in New Hampshire or Massachusetts according to public documents searched by DailyMail.com.
Both parties are responsible for mortgage payments regardless of who is physically residing in the home – which features high ceilings, a wrap-around porch, walk-up attic and two-car garage.
One party could buy the other out or refinance the loan to take on full responsibility.
It is unclear exactly when the pair tied the knot, but the documents confirm that Kristin, whose maiden name is Stanek, was married at the time of selling a $1.8 million property in Watertown, Massachusetts, earlier this year.
Public documents show that Andrew has been married at least twice before, in 1993 and 2014.
He shares two children with his first wife Maud, who posted a picture of her ex-husband with Kristin looking loved up at his daughters 25th birthday party on social media in April of last year.
Kristin even posed with his son Henry, 30, in the snaps, and was seen wearing a wedding ring at the event – which was missing during her cozy Coldplay outing with Byron.

Despite being at the center of a very public cheating scandal, she appeared stoic, dressed in a pink matching gym set and light jacket, with her hair up in a messy bun

The Cabots – listed as husband and wife in New Hampshire property records – bought a $2.2million, four-bedroom New Englander-style home in Rye this February
The couple also sold another four-bedroom property nearby for $1.05million in February, after purchasing it in April of last year.
Andrew filed for divorce from his second wife Julie in 2018, after marrying in 2014, citing irreconcilable differences. Both he and his first wife Maud filed for divorce jointly in 2013, after separating in 2011.
Kristin has been married once before, filing for divorce from Ken Thornby in 2018, which was finalized in 2020.
But new documents seen by the Daily Mail show that Kristin is still chasing Thornby for $186,176 in missed child support payments, despite her new husband’s affluence.
The pair had two children together, and got married in Maine, in 2007. Kristin’s filings state that Thornby lost his job, and had failed to pay the agreed amount of child maintenance for over a year.
She posed for a photo with her two children and Cabot last year, while attending the birthday party of her husbands eldest daughter.
Cabot is a direct descendant of one of the original Boston Brahmin families.
The term ‘Boston Brahmin’ refers to the historic aristocracy in Boston, dating back to the the earliest English colonists. These ultra-wealthy families held significant social, political and cultural influence from the 18th century onward.

Byron is married to wife Megan Byron, 50, the associate director of admissions at a Massachusetts prep school. The couple has two sons
Andrew touts his family lineage on the Privateer Rum website, highlighting how he is the sixth-generation owner of the brand and a direct descender of its founder Andrew Cabot, whom he appears to have been named after.
The Cabot Family, which first made its fortune in soot, dates back at least 10 generations and is involved in a slew of businesses across New England, including rum production.
The family is one of the richest in Boston, with a fortune estimated at $200 million in 1972 – equivalent to $15.4 billion today – and was considered untouchable for decades until their dynasty was underscored by the political rise of John F. Kennedy.
JFK defeated Henry Cabot Lodge Jr. in a senate race in 1952, paving the path for the Kennedys to establish themselves as American royalty.
But despite the Kennedys’ rise to power, the Cabots are still so well-known in the Boston area that locals jokingly claim they ‘speak only to God.’
Byron is also married, with his wife Megan, removing his last name from her social media accounts shortly after the concert exchange went viral.
She is currently laying low at the family’s $2.4million Maine mansion while holding crisis talks over her marriage.
Megan, 50, had several family members, including her older sister Maura, rush to her side after she fled their $1.4million home in Northborough, Massachusetts.

She has been trying to keep a low profile at their luxury property in Kennebunk, 106 miles away, the Daily Mail previously confirmed.
Megan, who is Associate Director of Lower School and Hope Graham Program Admissions at Bancroft School, has not publicly made a statement about her husband’s alleged infidelity.
Joyful family photos with Byron and their two sons on Facebook have been deleted, including one of the family smiling on a hiking trip and at a graduation for one of the boys.
Kristin’s now-deleted LinkedIn account showed that she has served as an ‘advisory board member’ at Privateer Rum since September 2020.
Kristin, Cabot, and Byron have not responded to Daily Mail’s requests for comment.
