SAVANNAH, Ga. () — St. Joseph’s/Candler and kicked off the 2025 Paint The Town Pink campaign Tuesday!

Events will take place throughout October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Paint The Town Pink is a fundraising initiative supporting the Telfair Mammography Fund, aimed at providing free breast health services to individuals who are either uninsured or underinsured. This fund assists with expenses for screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, MRIs, and image-guided breast biopsies.

Throughout October, you’ll spot Bunny in the City driving a pink Southern Motors Jeep across town, collecting signatures and donations. If you encounter her, be sure to pause and sign the Jeep.

On Oct. 22, Paint The Town Pink Day will highlight stories of local individuals confronting breast cancer, including topics on prevention, treatment, survival, bravery, and hope. The event will feature a Mobile Mammography Van available for screening from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., along with a phone bank to address inquiries and collect donations.
