ELYRIA, Ohio — Elyria police say Petra Pintar, who was reported missing in February as her boyfriend Donte Parker remains at large, has been found and is now in custody.
Officials say Pintar voluntarily arrived at the Elyria Police Department on April 3, where detectives confirmed she was unharmed.
She was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant from another agency and later transferred to the Lorain Police Department.
Pintar, 20, had last been seen on Feb. 3. Authorities previously believed she was with the 23-year-old Parker, who remains at large.
Parker is wanted on multiple felony charges, including aggravated robbery, strangulation, and unlawful restraint. He also faces charges for weapons violations and escape, in addition to a federal probation violation.
Authorities say Parker fled from officers on Feb. 3 while handcuffed during a welfare check at an apartment on Washington Avenue.
He was last seen running eastbound toward a wooded area near the Black River.
Despite extensive searches involving K-9 units, drone surveillance and local law enforcement agencies, he has not been located.
The Elyria Police Department is seeking information on Parker’s whereabouts.
