Hailey Bieber gave her fans a rare glimpse at her grueling postpartum workout over a year after giving birth to her first child.
On Saturday morning, the 28-year-old model took to her Instagram Story to share a video of herself working out in a sports bra and biker shorts.
Haliley, who has previously opened up about her struggles with postpartum body dysmorphia, shared a video of herself exercising. The clip, filmed in black and white, featured her working out to the tune of SPEED DEMON by her husband, Justin Bieber.
As the founder of Rhode, she often attends private pilates sessions with her close A-list friends, including Kendall Jenner, which is one of her preferred workout routines. In the video, she appeared to be in her home gym, performing crunches on a yoga mat and using a yoga block.
Her post comes just weeks after she and her pop star husband, 31, celebrated their son Jack Blues Bieber’s first birthday.
The mom-of-one tagged her personal trainer Kirsty Godso and wrote over her video that she was doing ‘our fave rib flare exercise.’

After breaking a sweat doing the a rep, she also wrote that she ‘did lots of these to help correct rib flare after pregnancy.’
Earlier this year, she opened up about her first-time experience with pregnancy, childbirth and being postpartum.
The time after she gave birth was the ‘most sensitive time I’ve ever gone through,’ she told Vogue in May.
Haliley has spoken about experiencing ‘high highs and low lows’ and facing a level of ‘self-hatred’ she hadn’t encountered before due to the changes in her body after becoming a mother.
She shared how she regularly reminds herself, “Hailey, you had a baby. You grew a human. You birthed a human. It’s okay. Give yourself grace. Give yourself time,” to cope with these feelings.
She also admitted that it ‘took longer than she expected to lose the last 15 or so pounds she’d gained’ after getting pregnant and having a baby.
She worked with a team of specialists to focus on ‘the building blocks,’ which she described as aspects like her pelvic floor and spinal and core realignment.

She also shared her thoughts about losing weight and the idea of ‘bouncing back’ to her pre-pregnancy body.
‘When people talk about “bouncing back” — back where, because my hips are wider, my boobs are actually bigger than they were before. They did not go back. And great, I’ll take it, but it’s not the same body that it was before,’ she said.
‘You’re not the same person that you were before. You change head to toe. And I think there was a minute where I kept really hyper-fixating on getting back to what I was. And then I had to go through that acceptance of, I’m not going back. So it’s really about how do I want to move forward? Who do I want to be?’
To maintain her current, healthy and fit physique, she explained that she rotates between strength training, because she ‘likes having a butt,’ as well as sculpt classes and pilates (both hot and reformer).
Hailey also does yoga, enjoys the sauna and cold plunges. She added that she goes to chiropractors, practices breath work and does a lot of stretching to stay healthy.
Additionally, she also pampers herself with getting facials, massages and micro-needling.
